Is there a list of what creatures have been known to drop what items?

or a list of the best items and just what creature drops that.

I would love to see a compiled list of who drops fellblades, dragon swords, eternal shields, etc., etc.

Fellblades - Southern Shiverpeaks and higher-level areas
FDSes - Crystal Desert and higher-level areas
Eternal Shields, Eternal Bows, Storm Bows - Underworld
Chaos Axe - Fissure of Woe

Most items aren't creature-specific, just area-specific.
